Who is Ashurst Real Estate?

Ashurst Real Estate is a boutique property consultancy, established in 2020 by David Shapiro.

David was an owner and director of another property consultancy for many years and has accumulated a diverse range of clients, many of whom he has worked with for more than 20 years.

David is a chartered surveyor with more than 25 years experience of the Central London property market.

He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Westminster and became an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997.

Outside of work David has an interest in fine watches, great whisky and motorcycles, whilst supporting Chelsea football club and his son’s own football career at Watford FC.

Any other spare time is taken up walking his family dog.
