1 Warren Mews, London W1

Sales advice to a private client

1 Warren Mews was a contemporary mews office building that was occupied by the same tenant for 15 years.

With The Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 tenancy nearing the end of its lease term and the private client landlord moving to a distant part of the UK, we were instructed to quietly offer the property for sale in an off market environment.

Having secured interest from a Hong Kong based purchaser, we navigated the sale to a successful completion whilst negotiating the long standing tenant’s exit from the building at the same time.

A record price was achieved for this cheeky little asset, delighting our client.
