We were asked to find purchasers for 2 long leasehold offices that formed the ground floor mezzanine levels of a part of the scheme and we were provided with a very short 2 month timeline in order to satisfy client accounting requirements.

Small newly constructed offices in King’s Cross are a rare commodity and with competitive pricing, we sold the 2 properties to owner occupiers that wanted their own business premises in the area.
